– Citrus Vodka/White Rum [50ml]

– Worcestershire sauce [3-4 drops]
– Big Tom’s Tomato Juice [fill to top]
– Salt & Pepper [few shakes]
– Black Olive, Lemon Wheel, Green Olive [Jamaican garnish across rim, through a toothpick]

Blackberry Lane & Guava Mojito [muddled, poured over crushed ice, mixed with a bar spoon]
– White Rum [50ml]

– Mint Leaves [handful]
– Lime Juice [25ml]
– White Sugar [1 teaspoon]
– Mint sprig and blackberries [garnish – mint sprig on top of glass, blackberries and mint leaves stirred in]

Compton Paloma [shaken with ice, strained and served onto ice]

– Grapefruit/Blood Orange Juice [100ml]
